No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to legal residents age 18 or older who live within Avalanche Septic’s service region. Employees and immediate family members of Avalanche Septic Services may not be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER

Submit the monthly giveaway form with accurate contact information and agree to receive email communications. Limit one entry per person per monthly drawing unless otherwise announced.

WINNER SELECTION

A winner may be selected at random from eligible entries received during the applicable giveaway period. The winner will be contacted using the information submitted with the entry.

PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION

The specific monthly prize and approximate value may be announced separately. A potential winner must respond within the time stated in the notification or another winner may be selected.

PRIVACY

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway and provide Avalanche Septic communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Avalanche Septic Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway when circumstances outside its control affect administration, security, fairness, or proper operation.
